Refund policy

This “Refund Policy Agreement” describes the refund policy of https://certscope.com/ and its various products.

https://certscope.com/ website (the "site"), the learning pathways/certification courses available from the Site (the "Pathways"), and the education services (“services”) made available on or through the Site are owned, operated, and maintained, as applicable, by Certscope (Eduskape Training and Consulting pvt ltd) (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "us", or the "Company", as the case may be). The Site, the Pathways, and other Services are, collectively referred to as the "Company Products". By (a) using or accessing the Company Products, including, but not limited to streaming, accessing or using the software; or (b) paying, either for itself or for someone else to use or access the Company Products, you agree to terms or conditions set forth in terms of use (the “Terms of use"), and this refund policy document.

When you buy the training or any service from Certscope, you agree to terms and conditions and terms of service.

Online courses:

Candidates are requested to raise the refund request within three days from the date of purchase, 10% of the charges will be deducted from the total amount. Refund will not be processed if the candidate has downloaded any material from the online portal or have completed 25% of the online training. Refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of request (please note that 21 days is the maximum time limit)

This guarantee is considered void in any of the following cases. If the candidate has-

• Completed more than 25% of the course on Certscope LMS,
• Downloaded the materials from the LMS,
• Attempted mock exams,
• Used exam vouchers.

For Classroom Courses:

Request for a refund before 10 days of scheduled classroom training, 20% of the charges will be deducted as transaction charges. Money back guarantee is not applicable if the candidate has downloaded the material from the online portal or has completed 25% of E-learning. The refund request will be accepted only within 30 days from the date of purchase, 80% of the refund will be processed if all the criteria’s are met.

Cancellation by Candidate

Candidate can cancel the scheduled training any time before 15 business days of the scheduled date, If the candidate is not able to attend the scheduled training, the same should be informed in writing before 10 business days, no refund will be given if the request is received in less than ten days, candidate must cancel or reschedule the registration before ten or more days before the start date of the scheduled Training. If the candidate fails to inform, the funds will be forfeited and rescheduling will not be allowed.

Cancellation by Certscope:

Certscope reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training, or change the location because of force majeure events (like – floods, public violence, political instability) or insufficient enrollments, instructor illness etc, the candidate will be given an option to choose any of the future dates, different location or any other certification in the same domain. If a candidate opts none, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.

Courses with 100% Pass or Money Back Guarantee:

We encourage and help our learners to clear the examination in the first attempt and we have been successful in achieving the pass rate of at least 99%. To ensure the 100% pass rate for the courses, we have certain terms and conditions in place which are mentioned below.

PMP: Project Management Professional

Terms and Conditions:

• 100% involvement in the exercises and activities set by the trainer
• Attendees qualification should be eligible to appear in the exam
• The attendee should score 60% in two practice tests out of three available on the platform.
• Candidate has to appear in the exam within thirty days from the last day of the training
• All the documentation should be ready to appear in the exam

How does it work?

• The above process will continue for two attempts and after the third attempt, the remaining amount will be refunded.

Reimbursement Process

The reimbursement will be done to the same source through which payment was made.

Terms and Conditions:

• 100% involvement in the exercises and activities set by the trainer
• Attendees qualification should be eligible to appear in the exam
• The attendee should score 60% in two practice tests out of three available on the platform.
• Candidate has to appear in the exam within thirty days from the last day of the training
• All the documentation should be ready to appear in the exam

When the 100% Money back guarantee is void?

• Incomplete Documentation
• Not maintaining 100% Attendance
• Not eligible to appear in the examination
• Not adhering to the instructions by the instructor

How does it work?

• The candidate has to appear in the exam within 30 days from the last day of the training.

• Candidate has to appear in the exam on the last day of the training
• All the documentation should be ready to appear in the exam

When the 100% Money back guarantee is void?

• Incomplete Documentation
• Not maintaining 100% Attendance
• Not eligible to appear in the examination

How does it work?

• The candidate has to appear in the exam on the last day of the training.
• If the candidate fails Foundation, Re-exam fee will be paid by Certscope till he passes the exam.
• If the candidate fails in Practitioner, he will be given the chance to attend multiple batches of training in future; however, the candidate has to pay for the Practitioner exam fee.
